Erik Ten Hag, the manager of Ajax, has given Manchester United two conditions before taking the job at Old Trafford.
The Dutchman has emerged as the clear favorite to be appointed as the Red Devils’ next permanent manager this summer.
Ten Hag, on the other hand, wants two guarantees, according to football journalist Marcel van der Kraan.

“One of the two guarantees ten Hag wants is having a backroom staff that will fit him and Man United, and that will be good for him in terms of a total setup of changing the club’s philosophy and identity,” Kraan said.
Ten Hag also wants “guarantees with full control over his management and players.”
United will pay a compensation package of around £1.6 million, but it is likely to exceed £2 million once his staff is factored in.
