Terrorists have kidnapped a heavily pregnant woman at Lema community, Mando directly opposite the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in Kaduna State.
The pregnant woman had gone to visit her sick mother prior to the attack.
Seven other residents were abducted by the terrorist, who invaded three houses at about 1:00 am Sunday.

An eyewitness, Mr Abubakar Umar, a resident of the area said they were inside their homes when the terrorists invaded the area and started shooting sporadically.
“They (bandits) came around 1:00am we were inside our houses, but we were all afraid to step out because of sporadic gunshots.
“They took away eight residents including a pregnant woman that came to visit her sick mother in the community. This is not the first time bandits would attack our community.”
The fear-stricken residents have called on the Kaduna state government to rescue them from the activities of the bandits.
Neither the government or the Kaduna Police Command had commented on the incident as of press time.
