Over 20 residents were killed by the terrorists, while several others sustained injuries.

They proceeded to kidnap their victims mostly made up of women.

According to a source who spoke with SaharaReporters, the terrorists had demanded for N100 million as Ransom, but the villagers could only raise a paltry N9 million, which was sent to the kidnappers.

“The kidnappers have refused to release the 40 people including 25 women after paying them N9million as ransom,” the source lamented.

Meanwhile, abductors of a Kaduna-Abuja train have threatened to kidnap President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State.

According to the terrorists in their latest released video, more high profiled Nigerians would be kidnapped if their demands were not met.

They also promised to sell off their victims as slaves as well as killing others.
