Thief Dies, After Climbing Fence To Steal Motorcycle

• A suspected thief has met his waterloo, as he fall to death in the Federal Capital Territory.

• The suspect was alleged to have jumped a fence to commit the act.

• He however hit his head on a stone, which led to his demise.

Things didn’t end well for a suspected thief, as he passed away after a failed operation in FCT.

According to reports, a man, identified as Hashiru passed away after attempting to steal a motorcycle in the Kango community, Kuje Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Daily Report Nigeria gathers that the suspect had scaled the fence of the house of one Isaac Ishaku, and went straight to where the motorcycle was kept, but a dog in the compound raised an alarm.

This happened around 11:12 pm on Wednesday, January .

Speaking to Daily Trust, an eyewitness, identified as Usman Ibrahim said;

“It is in the process that he tried to escape and went to jump through the fence, he fell from the fence and hit his head on a big stone he used as a ladder to climb the fence.

Confirming the incident, a member of the vigilante who pleaded anonymity said the suspect is a notorious thief who had been arrested numerous times for bike theft.

He added that the remains of the deceased suspect had been handed over to their relatives at neighbouring Kusaki village.

Bishop Stabbed To Death During Martial Peace Making

In other news, a Bishop in Osogbo, Osun state has also lost his life, during a peace making process.

The bishop was reported to have been stabbed to death by an estranged husband in the state.
