A funny incident has played out in Gambia, after a thief falls into a soak away.
The man, identified as Sheriffo Sanneh was allegedly to have robbed a house, before karma caught him.
This happened in Busumbala, Gambia.
It was gathered that sheriffo was found by one of the uncovered soakaway by one Saidou Cham.
The police and fire service were immediately contacted,
According to reports, one Saidou Cham from Busumbala was shocked to find the thief trapped in an uncovered soakaway.
He immediately alerted the police and the fire service arrived to rescue the suspect.
Uju Kennedy Ohanenye, the former Minister for Women Affairs, is being investigated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over alleged N138 million fraud.
Ohanenye is accused of misusing public funds, violating procurement rules, and diverting funds meant for government projects, including the P-BAT Cares for Women Initiative.
