Court granted conditional bail to former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey on August 5, 2025, after he appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London on sexual-offence charges.

Prosecutors accuse Partey of five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault from 2021–22, when he played for Arsenal.

The court released him on strict terms: he must stay away from the alleged victims and inform police if he moves or plans to travel.
Partey denies all charges and will face the Old Bailey on September 2.
Arsenal signed Partey from Atlético Madrid in October 2020 for £45 million.
He made 167 appearances before his contract expired on June 30, 2025, and now links with Villarreal CF.
