The well-trained fellows will act as fiduciary agents, diligently monitoring and assessing the development and performance of Primary Healthcare Centers.
Their evaluation will encompass all financial inflows to these centers across the country.
According to him, the fellowship program will be housed within the Sector Wide Approach (SWAp) coordination office, operating under the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.
Fellows will be recruited, remunerated, and equipped with the necessary tools to effectively track the performance of health facilities supported by the Basic Health Care Provision Fund throughout the nation.
