Tinubu Bags Chieftaincy Title in Ebonyi

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, was on thursday conferred a chieftaincy title in Ebonyi state.

The Former Lagos State Governor got the title, “Dike di ora nma 1 of Ebonyi State.

The Special Assistant on Digital Communications to the President and the Deputy Director, Special Media Projects/New Media, APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Bashir Ahmed, confirmed the development in a social media post.

Also an APC supporter, DOlusegun, tweeted a picture of Tinubu dressed in a full Igbo-regalia with the caption, “Asiwaju bags Chieftaincy Title In Ebonyi State.

“He Is Now The DIKE DI ORA NMA 1 Of Ebonyi State.”

Meanwhile in another development the governor of Ebonyi State, David Umahi has said he has no apologies to Ndigbo for affirming to be Obidient to the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu.

Umahi stated this during a town hall meeting involving all traditional rulers, political leaders and elders council of the State with the presidential candidate of APC, Tinubu, at the new government house, in centenary City Abakaliki, capital of Ebonyi State.

He stressed that he has no regret for declaring support for Tinubu-Shettima Presidential ambition and for defecting to APC.

He said,

“Everywhere you go in Ebonyi State is APC. We are only Obidient to you Bola Tinubu. We have no apologies. I’m speaking any how because I’m standing on our performances that we have achieved in Ebonyi State.

“Anyone who wants to challenge us, should tell us whether we have not fared better under the APC government. I’m the first son of President Muhammadu Buhari. I hope you (Tinubu) will take me also as your son? I know it’s done.”
