President Bola Tinubu has returned from his trip to Nairobi, Kenya for the Fifth Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union( AU).
Daily Report Nigeria reports that Tinubu left Nairobi on July 17, 2023, where he met with other leaders on the continent at the weekend.
He landed at the Abuja Airport following his return on Monday.
At the AU meeting on Sunday, the President said Africa cannot be integrated and prosperous when its people are struggling with pain and suffering.

He affirmed the unity and strength of Africa while strongly rejecting the idea of new competition for the continent.
A week ago, the President attended the 63rd regular meeting of the Economic Community of West African States, ECOWAS Heads of State and Government in Guinea-Bissau, where he assumed the chairman of the new regional organization.
He promised to take charge of the office of regional organizations and inclusive leadership.
He affirmed the unity and strength of Africa while firmly rejecting the idea of new competition for the continent.
The President returned to Nigeria from Kenya two days after leaving Abuja on Saturday.
