President Bola Tinubu is scheduled to swear in seven new ministers on Monday, November 4, 2024, at the Council Chamber of the State House in Abuja.

This announcement was made by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, via his X handle.

Onanuga stated, “President Bola Tinubu will swear in the new seven ministers tomorrow Monday.”

The new appointees include Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda as Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction; Muhammadu Dingyadi as Minister of Labour and Employment; and Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

The list of new ministers also features Dr. Jumoke Oduwole as Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment; Idi Maiha as Minister of Livestock Development; Yusuf Ata as Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development; and Dr. Suwaiba Ahmad as Minister of State for Education.

Last week, the Senate confirmed these appointments following a thorough screening process. This move comes after a significant cabinet reshuffle on October 23, during which Tinubu reassigned 10 ministers to new portfolios, discharged five others, and nominated the seven new ministers.
