Salihu Lukman, former National Vice Chairman, North-West of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has predicted that President Bola Tinubu will face defeat in the 2027 elections.

Lukman criticized the current administration, highlighting deteriorating security and economic conditions under Tinubu’s 15-month tenure.

Lukman asserted that the APC has failed to meet Nigerians’ expectations and is unworthy of re-election. He also condemned the APC’s performance at the state level, describing its governors as “emperors” who have not delivered on their promises.

Lukman expressed confidence that Nigerians will correct the current mess and produce leaders who will serve the citizens, not act as emperors.

He emphasized that Tinubu, as a beneficiary of democrats’ support, should do better than he is currently doing.
