Tompolo Peace Movement Holds Solidarity March in Support of Tantita

In a show of strong support, the Tompolo Peace Movement (TPM) in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, on Monday held a solidarity march at the premises of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited in Effurun, Delta State.

Led by Chairman Ese Malaki and Coordinator Thomas Oriesa, the group gathered to commend and reaffirm their backing for the activities of High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, and the operations of his security outfit, Tantita Security Services.

Speaking at the event, Chairman Ese Malaki emphasized the importance of supporting homegrown initiatives that have brought tangible results to the region.

“We are here today to show the world that Tompolo is not just a name — he is a symbol of peace, security, and development for the Niger Delta. Through Tantita Security Services, we have seen real action against oil theft and environmental destruction,” Malaki said.

He further urged the federal government and international stakeholders to recognize and strengthen the efforts being made by the company.

Coordinator Thomas Oriesa also addressed the crowd, highlighting the grassroots impact of Tompolo’s leadership.

“Tantita has brought job opportunities, reduced crime, and restored community confidence in security operations. We in Ughelli South are proud to stand with Tompolo, a man who has always put the Niger Delta first,” Oriesa stated.

The movement praised Tompolo’s ongoing efforts in protecting oil assets and curbing illegal bunkering in the region, describing them as instrumental to national economic growth.

The event drew a sizeable crowd of supporters, community leaders, and youth representatives, all echoing the call for sustained support of Tantita’s security operations in the Niger Delta.
