Tragedy As Ex-Konga CEO, Nick Imudia Commits Suicide in Lagos

Tragedy struck on Tuesday, June 25, as Nick Imudia, former CEO of Konga and current CEO of D.light, took his own life by jumping from the balcony of his Lekki, Lagos apartment.

The shocking incident has left friends, family, and associates in a state of bewilderment, as the reason behind his suicide remains unknown.

Before taking the fatal leap, Imudia had a phone conversation with his US-based brother, giving instructions on how to distribute his wealth.

He also spoke with his young daughter from a previous marriage, reassuring her that he would always be with her in spirit.

Imudia’s career spanned across various industries, including stints at TCL/Alcatel, Microsoft Device and Services, and Konga, before joining D.light.
