TRAGIC: Pastor Kills 4 Siblings With Pestle In Enugu

• A pastor has been arrested, after killing four siblings in Enugu State.

• The clergyman was said to have hit the quad with a pestle, killing them in the process.

A supposed man of God has been locked up for the alleged murder of four siblings.

The pastor, who runs a Sabbath church in a community in the state was alleged to have scaled a fence to gruesomely murder the four minors.

This happened in Eche Ezema community in Ibagwa Aka, the headquarters of Igbo Eze South Local Government Area of Enugu State.

It was gathered that the house where the crime was done shares a fence with the man’s church.

The children are identified as Kamsiyochukwu Ezema (7), Ezinne Ezema (6), Ujunwa Ezema (5), and Chinedu Ezema (2).

The pastor was subsequently arrested, and detained at the Divisional Police Station in Ibagwa Aka.

The parents of the deceased, identified as Chinonso and loveth Ezema have cried out, as they demand justice for their dead children.

“We want the police to thoroughly investigate this and ensure the culprit is brought to book,” the father said.

Confirming the incident and arrest to The Sun, a police officer who pleaded anonymity said;

“We urge the public to remain calm and allow a full investigation to unravel the circumstances surrounding this tragedy,” 

Army Dismisses Soldier Over Armed Robbery Charges

The Nigerian army has dismissed a Lance Corporal over criminal and inappropriate behavior.

The army officer, identified as Samuel Emmanuel was alleged to have involved in armed robbery.
