Presidential Tribunal Postpones Atiku’s Petition Against Tinub
The Presidential Election Petition Court has adjourned pre-hearing of Atiku Abubakar Against President-elect, Bola Tinubu.
The Tribunal postponed the continuation of the pre-hearing of the petition of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate the candidate of the All Progressive Congress in the February 25 poll.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that in a petition marked CA/PEPC/05/2023, Atiku and the PDP are challenging the declaration of Tinubu as the president-elect by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, Bola Tinubu, and the APC are listed as defendant 1,2 and 3 respectively in the petition.
The Presidential Tribunal had commenced pre-hearing the petition after counsel for Atiku and PDP, Chris Uche SAN indicated an interest in the matter.
“I have the permission of Wole Olanikpekun to indicate interest first in number 2,” he said.
