The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has reserved delivering judgement on Peter Obi’s petition against President Bola Tinubu.

Daily Report Nigeria reports that Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party filed a petition at the tribunal, challenging the declaration of Tinubu as winner of the February 25 poll.

However, after adopting final written addresses of all parties, lead judge, Justice Haruna Tsammani on behalf of four others, reserved judgment to a date that would be communicated to parties in the petition.

Meanwhile, the tribunal had earlier announced same fate on the petition filed by presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
