Conor Gallagher

Former Atletico Madrid defender Kieran Trippier has recommended that Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher consider transferring to the Spanish LaLiga club during this summer’s transfer window.

Gallagher, whose contract with Chelsea expires in a year, might leave Stamford Bridge before the new season starts. The 24-year-old has drawn interest from both Atletico Madrid and Tottenham Hotspur.

Atletico Madrid recently made a €20 million offer for Gallagher, but Chelsea rejected the bid.
