A serious accident happened last night at Ojuelegba, Stadium area on Funsho Williams Avenue, as a 40ft truck packaged in a container (DAF) fell on a Toyota Camry with registration number KRD 822 FZ.
The Federal Road Safety Corps in Lagos State confirmed the non-fatal incident.
Though a serious one, none of the four persons involved was found dead at the scene or thereafter.

The four occupants were brought out of the car alive as confirmed by Olabisi, FRSC Public Education Officer.

The victims were rescued by FRSC, LASEMA, Army, Police, and LASTMA through the attention from LASAMBUS, the Lagos Ambulance Service.
On this note, Olusegun Ogungbemide, Commander of FRSC Lagos Sector advised that the owners of articulated vehicles should maintain the bearest safety standards or stay off the road.
The commander hence saluted the security and emergency agencies who showed up quickly at the scene of the incident.
He also lauded the Lagos state government for providing rescue equipment.
