Chelsea have received a triple injury boost ahead of Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League Round of 16 second-leg tie with Borussia Dortmund at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues on Monday confirmed the return of Reece James, N’Golo Kante, and Christian Pulisic to full training ahead of a big game at the Bridge.

Recall that the trio missed Chelea’s last Premier League win against Leeds United over the weekend.

The west London club confirmed this in a statement via its website.

The statement read in part, “Reece James, N’Golo Kante and Christian Pulisic were all out on the training pitch on Monday ahead of Chelsea’s huge Champions League tie with Borussia Dortmund.

“The Chelsea trio were all absent from the weekend’s team against Leeds United, with James a late omission from the squad due to a tight hamstring.

“Reece took part in full training out on the grass, alongside team-mates Pulisic and Kante who have been out with hamstring injuries too.”

Chelsea lost 1-0 to Dortmund in the first leg in Germany.
