The early announcement of the Champions League semi-final fixtures is aimed at helping potential semi-finalists manage their tight match calendars and travel plans.

Several top European clubs, including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, and Sporting CP, are still in contention as the competition moves toward the decisive knockout rounds.
According to the schedule released by UEFA, the first legs of the semi-final matches will take place in late April.
On Tuesday, April 28, the winner of the Paris Saint-Germain vs Liverpool quarter-final tie will host the winner of the Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich clash.
The following day, Wednesday, April 29, the winner of the Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid all-Spanish quarter-final will face the winner of the Sporting CP vs Arsenal tie.
All matches are scheduled to kick off at 9:00 PM CET.

• Tuesday, April 28: Winner of PSG/Liverpool vs Winner of Real Madrid/Bayern Munich
• Wednesday, April 29: Winner of Barcelona/Atlético Madrid vs Winner of Sporting CP/Arsenal
The second-leg matches will then take place the following week as the remaining teams battle for a place in the final.
