Ugwuanyi loses local government to LP candidate

Governor of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, lost at his Local Government, Udenu, to Labour Party, at the governorship and House of Assembly elections which held in the state on Saturday, March 18.

Ugwuanyi and the deputy governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Ifeanyi Ossai, are incidentally both from the same Udenu LGA.

The results, as released by INEC at the state collation office showed that the PDP scored 10,148 votes while the Labour Party got 11,315 votes.
