UK-Based Nigerian Lady Drags Instagram Hair Outlet For Fraud, Threatens Legal Action | Daily Report Nigeria

A Nigerian lady identified as Adebisi Emi has again lashed out at popular Instagram hair vendor, Shaddash Hair and it’s founder with allegations of fraud and incompetence.

Emi had called out Sade Adebanjo and her firm of “uncouth behaviour” following her experience at the hands of the hair dealer a couple of months ago.

According to a distraught Emi, she ordered for items worth ₦190,000 from Shaddash Hair on July 20th, 2020 from her base in the United Kingdom.

However, one out of the three original human hairs she ordered for turned out to be defective.

Emi emphatically stated “the item was entirely different from what she advertised that I paid for. That particular extension cost me ₦85,000.”

“My heart was broken when I saw that the item was fake, substandard and totally different from the quality she had advertised on Instagram. I tried reaching out to Sade but she has played the blank game till today.”

Emi revealed she found out during her visit to DHL office that Sade had ‘carelessly’ shipped the items to an address different from the one she had supplied for delivery of the shipment.

Emi had thought the stress was over when she finally picked up the items, only to be heartbroken by a defective item when she unbundled her package.

Sadly, Emi’s efforts to get Sade to return the defective item has been futile has the later has persistently displayed crude and unprofessional behaviour.

“I cannot fathom why a business person would treat their client the way I’ve been treated. She does not take my calls, nor reply my messages,” Emi continued.

Sade’s silent treatment further forced Emi to institute a legal means to get the vendor to bulge, but even that has fell on deaf ears.

“I petitioned her through my lawyer, giving her a two weeks ultimatum, which was disrupted by the nationwide #EndSARS protest in the country,” she explained.

Quizzed on what her next step would be, an embittered Emi said, “I am going to get to the bottom of this by all means. I wonder why a fellow Nigerian will treat me this way. I feel betrayed.”

She advises the general public against dealing with Sade at their own risk as she has proven to be fraudulent and unprofessional.

Meanwhile, Sade has remained mute over the issue, despite the heavy allegations leveled against her by Emi.
