The General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suileman, has offered a one million naira reward for anyone who finds useful information on the murderers of Vera Uwaila.
Miss Omozulu Vera Uwaila, was attacked by unknown men at a Redeemed Christian Church of God branch in the Ikpoba Hill area of Benin city, Edo state, on Wednesday May 27.

Uwaila was murdered by the unknown hoodlums who forcefully took turns to have carnal knowledge of her and smashed her with a fire extinguisher.
Prior to the incident, Uwaila had sought for the church premises for her routine educational study since the inception of COVID-19 lockdown.
While engaging on her routine study on the 27th of May, 2020, the 22-year-old 100 level student of the University of Benin was illegally accosted by a group of hoodlums who beat, rape and hit her with a fire extinguisher.
While found in her pool of blood, she was rushed to the hospital where she gave up the ghost.
The sad incident has attracted a lot of concerns from the public, including various NGOs and human rights groups.
In also ensuring that the perpetrators are brought to book, Apostle Suileman on Monday offered a one million naira reward for anyone who finds useful information on the alleged culprits.
Meanwhile, the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, has waded in by assuring the public of justice served on the culprits.
RCCG General Overseer, Pastor E.A Adeboye, has also condemned the act and commiserated with the family of the deceased.
