Donny van de Beek has officially left Manchester United to join Girona in Spain.
The La Liga club will pay €500,000 upfront, with potential add-ons that could raise the fee to €15 million.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the add-ons are structured to easily bring the fee up to €4-5 million, with additional clauses potentially increasing the total.

Van de Beek has signed a contract until June 2028, and Manchester United will retain a sell-on clause.
In another departure from Old Trafford, Erik ten Hag’s assistant coach, Mitchell van der Gaag, is leaving following the arrival of Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Romano confirmed the news, stating, “Ten Hag’s assistant Mitchell van der Gaag leaves Man Utd as his contract will be terminated. Ruud van Nistelrooy’s arrival is 100% confirmed.”
