Controversial online critic VeryDarkMan has stirred the pot again with the release of a scathing diss track on July 23, 2025, targeting several prominent figures including Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo, singer Portable, and Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin.
In the fiery new track, VeryDarkMan took direct aim at Governor Okpebholo, mocking the politician over his recently leaked West African Examination Council (WAEC) results, which revealed a string of low grades.
“E8, WAEC result of a governor. INEC, shame on you,” he rapped, calling out the Independent National Electoral Commission for clearing the governor despite the academic controversy.

The critic didn’t hold back on singer Portable either. Their long-running feud—fueled by an alleged tricycle theft involving Portable—was reignited in the track. Portable was reportedly beaten and briefly detained over the incident, a moment VeryDarkMan referenced with biting sarcasm.
Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, known for his controversial use of “healing water” and other spiritual items, also found himself in the line of fire. VeryDarkMan mocked the prophet’s products in the diss, questioning their legitimacy and spiritual value.
“There’s nothing spiritual about overpriced water,” he previously declared in an earlier online tirade, accusing Fufeyin of exploiting vulnerable followers.
This latest diss is part of an ongoing pattern for VeryDarkMan, who has consistently used his platform to challenge public figures and stir public discourse—often walking the line between social critique and provocation.
