Victor Osimhen Finally Commits to Galatasaray in Permanent Deal After Long Wait

Last season on loan, Victor Osimhen drove Galatasaray to both the Süper Lig title and the Turkish Cup, scoring 25 league goals and 36 in all competitions.

In the cup final, his two goals not only secured the club’s first domestic double since 2019 but also shattered Mario Jardel’s record for most goals by a foreign player in a single Turkish season.

Despite Napoli’s push to keep him, the striker is determined to stay in Istanbul.

Therefore, Galatasaray and Napoli are finalizing terms to trigger his release clause, wrapping up one of this summer’s standout transfers.

Moreso, this permanent move will thrill Galatasaray supporters and highlights Victor Osimhen’s rising influence in European football.
