He is due at Napoli’s camp on July 14–15 unless a transfer materialises first.
Al Hilal reportedly triggered his €75 million release clause, but Osimhen turned them down, leaving his future undecided.
Napoli will begin with medical checks before moving on to their summer training camps in northern Italy later in July and early August.
However, head coach Antonio Conte has made it clear that Osimhen is not in his plans for the 2025/2026 season.
Hence, the towering striker will keep fit with the youth team rather than joining first-team drills—a replay of last season’s transfer-related exile.
His forced comeback and exclusion from the senior team indicates that a summer departure is still possible if the appropriate offer comes up.
