They’ll also add up to €5 million in goal-related bonuses and 10 percent of any future sale.
This deal ends negotiations that dragged on all summer.
Napoli set today as the paperwork deadline, and Galatasaray moved quickly to beat the clock.
Last season in Istanbul, Victor Osimhen scored 37 goals and provided eight assists in 41 matches.
Clubs from Saudi Arabia and Napoli pursued him, but he chose to stay in Turkey.
The agreement includes an “anti-Serie A” clause: if Galatasaray sell Osimhen to an Italian club within two years, they’ll face a hefty penalty.
Napoli added this term after past payment delays in transfers like Goran Pandev’s in 2014.
Victor Osimhen’s arrival will boost Galatasaray’s attack and excite fans. Now, only his formal medical and unveiling remain.
