  • Victor Osimhen Transfer : Napoli rejected Galatasaray’s €75m, demanding full upfront payment.

  • Osimhen refuses to join Al Hilal and only wants Galatasaray.

  • With his clause expiring July 15, the transfer saga remains unresolved.

Napoli have turned down Galatasaray’s fresh €75 million offer for Victor Osimhen.

The Turkish side’s third bid fell because they proposed paying in installments over several years.

Nigerian journalist Buchi Laba reports that Napoli demand a lump-sum payment to cover their immediate needs.

They also insist on bank guarantees—a position confirmed by transfer insiders Gianluca Di Marzio and Nicolo Schira.

Osimhen’s camp accuses Napoli of stalling to push him toward Saudi side Al Hilal.

Al Hilal has offered the full €75 million upfront, but Osimhen refuses to move there.

> “Victor Osimhen has made it very clear that going to Al Hilal is not possible. He only wants Galatasaray,” – Laba wrote.

Osimhen, 25, informed Napoli he won’t report for pre-season and won’t play for them again—even though his contract runs until June 2026.

> “He also made it very clear to Napoli that he won’t report for pre-season and doesn’t want to play for Napoli anymore,” – Laba added.

With the Victor Osimhen transfer clause expiring on July 15, Napoli could set a new price if they miss the deadline.

That would extend this saga deep into the summer transfer window.
