Fabrizio Romano says both clubs can revive talks if they ease their demands.

Osimhen, fresh from a loan season in Istanbul where he netted 37 goals in 41 games and won a league-and-cup double, skipped Napoli’s pre-season camp to show he wants to stay.

Aurelio De Laurentiis added an “anti-Italy” clause, barring Osimhen from joining another Serie A team until 2028/29.

Napoli also hold firm on a 20 percent sell-on fee.

Both sides remain locked in. The striker’s future hangs in the balance.

Will Victor Osimhen stay in Istanbul or return to Naples?
