Napoli offered €40 million upfront plus €35 million in earn-outs by 2026 and insisted on a sell-on clause.

Galatasaray replied with €35 million payable by 2027 and rejected any sell-on terms.
Fabrizio Romano says both clubs can revive talks if they ease their demands.
Osimhen, fresh from a loan season in Istanbul where he netted 37 goals in 41 games and won a league-and-cup double, skipped Napoli’s pre-season camp to show he wants to stay.
Aurelio De Laurentiis added an “anti-Italy” clause, barring Osimhen from joining another Serie A team until 2028/29.
Napoli also hold firm on a 20 percent sell-on fee.
Both sides remain locked in. The striker’s future hangs in the balance.
