Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has not yet agreed to personal terms with Al Ahli. The Saudi Arabian club has submitted a €65 million offer to Napoli for the Nigerian forward.

According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the agreement between Napoli and Al Ahli is nearly complete, with only minor details left to finalize.

However, there is still no agreement with Victor Osimhen, who is holding out for a substantial salary and a release clause to be included in any potential contract.
