Victory Gbakara Wins Nigerian Idol Season 8

Victory Gbakara has won the Nigerian Idol Season 8 competition.

Gbakara emerged winner of the competition during the grand finale on Sunday.

The Delta-born singer ended the season with a performance of Blessed by Wizkid.

The singer is the son of popular Delta-based clergyman, Bishop Solomon Gbakara.

The season 7 edition was also won by another Deltan, Progress.
