VIDEO: 'Transgender Community' Holds Public Protest Against FG in Abuja | Daily Report Nigeria

The Transgender community in Abuja on Sunday May 1, held a public protest against the Federal Government.

The protest took place at an open park with several protesters wearing T-shirts with various inscriptions.

Some of the t-shirts read, “Trans lives matter”, “Queer rights are human rights”.

The protesters also held up a banner in which they urged the government to focus on more pressing issues in the country like insecurity, injustice, and food scarcity among others.
