Former Super Eagles captain Vincent Enyeama’s son has signed his first professional contract with Ligue 1 club Lille.

A proud Enyeama shared the news on his Facebook page, writing, “God is the greatest. Home sweet home. Back home in a different skin #losc #prouddaddy❤️ #younggoalie #youngcoach #newadventure @losclive.”

Enyeama played for Lille for seven years, making 143 league appearances. His son has now been promoted to Lille’s U-18 side and will be determined to follow in his father’s footsteps by eventually playing for the first team.
