Brazil and Colombia faced off on Tuesday night, competing for the top spot in Group D.

A win for Brazil would have secured them first place in the group.

Any other result meant Colombia would take the top spot and get an easier quarter-final opponent.

Raphinha scored for Brazil in a game filled with fouls, many involving him and Deiver Machado.

However, it was Vinicius Jr who got into disciplinary trouble, catching James Rodriguez with a stray arm early in the game.

He was eventually booked for the foul, marking his second yellow card of the tournament.
