The twin bills were first read on the floor of the Legislative House on March 23, 2023 for hearing.

A plenary session scheduled for it on the 19th of May 2023; and Committed to an Ad-hoc Committee led to a first ever Public Hearing in the history of the Council Legislature on June 2, 2023.

Highlight of the Legislative House as she resumed plenary in the third quarter of the year was the rigorous amendments during the Consideration of the aforementioned bills in the Committe of the Whole House after the presentation of committee report on the Bills.
