The Western Zone structure has extended congratulations to President of the Ijaw Youths Council (IYC), the Jonathan Lokpobiri on his birthday.
In a birthday message to signed by its Chairman Dr. Doubra Okotete, the zone prayed blessings on the Crowned Prince of Ijaw Nation.
Okotete, who doubles as the Chairman of all Zones & Chapter Chairmen Forum, said;
