Ejiro Otarigho, the selfless Nigerian man who drove a burning tanker from a residential area has noted what his wife said.
During an interview session with newsmen, Otarigho affirmed that his wife wasn’t very pleased with his courageous choice.
He said:
“My wife told me I didn’t consider them.”

He also affirmed that he was able to accomplish the dangerous task with the help of God.
Sharing his ordeal, the man announced that he finished discharging petroleum products at a filling station and was driving back when the vehicle went up in flames at Agbarho, Delta state.
He added he was in the vehicle with his ‘motor boy’, but he told the boy to leave the burning tanker so that he could drive it to safety.
He, meanwhile, has attracted heavy applauses from social media users who now see him as a hero.
