Why I Became Medical Doctor – Saraki | Daily Report Nigeria
Former governor of Kwara state, Dr. Bukola Saraki, has explained why he became a medical doctor.

He said that he became a medical doctor to follow in the footsteps of his father, Senator Olusola Abubakar Saraki, who was popularly called ‘Oloye’ by his supporters.

Speaking at the 2021 International Health Summit, organized by the Nigerian Medical Students Association (NiMSA) the former senate president said: “In my family, being a medical doctor has always been about lending a helping hand to those who are in need. When I was 12-years old, I discovered that I wanted to be a medical doctor — because, Oloye, my late father, was one.
