Why I Dropped My Presidential Ambition – Actor Yul Edochie

Nollywood actor and politician, Yul Edochie, who previously declared his intention to run for presidency in 2023 has announced he is suspending the ambition.

The actor who stated that he was going to run under the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), took to his official Twitter page on Friday to reveal that he is no longer running for the post.

According to him, after a series of meetings and consultations, he came to the conclusion that his party does not have the capacity to win a presidential election at the moment.

He wrote;

“I wanted to run for President with APGA. After much consultation and meetings, We sat and did our evaluations. We put sentiments aside and embraced facts. Our party is good but does not have the capacity at the moment to win a presidential seat. So I didn’t move further.”

In another story the popular Nollywood Actor and politician said
his getting married to two wives has brought him blessings and elevated his two wives.

The actor who took to his instagram page stated that he wronged his first wife, May, with the way he went about getting married to Judy and that he has since apologized to her.
