Joaquin Wike, son of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has successfully earned a master’s degree from King’s College London in the United Kingdom. His graduation adds to the growing list of academic achievements within the Wike family.

Joaquin Wike graduated with a Master of Science (MSc) in Management and Technology Change from King’s College London, one of the world’s leading institutions.

Photos from the graduation ceremony were shared on Thursday by the Minister’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka, via his official X (formerly Twitter) account.

The ceremony was attended by members of the Wike family, including the minister’s wife and mother of the graduand, Justice Eberechi Suzzette Wike, as well as Joaquin’s siblings. Several prominent political figures were also present to celebrate the achievement.

Confirming the development, Olayinka wrote:

“FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike’s son, Joaquin, bags MSc degree in Management and Technology Change at King’s College London.”

He added that dignitaries at the event included PDP Board of Trustees Chairman, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa; PDP National Vice Chairman (South South), Chief Dan Orbih; Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, alongside other family members.
