A woman has been confirmed dead, after being seen hanging at a construction site.

It was gathered that the woman had ended her life at a construction site in CITEC Estate, Life Camp in the Federal Capital territory, FCT.

 

Confirming the incident, the CSO at the estate, said a distress call was made, and upon arrival at the scene, the woman was found dangling.

This happened on Tuesday, April 22 at around 7:00am.

Upon investigations, it was ascertained the woman committed suicide, as there were no signs of violence on her body.

The corpse has been deposited at the morgue, and authorities have began investigation into the matter.
