Governor Bello Matawalle, Executive Governor of Zamfara State, on Tuesday night announced that all was set to receive President Mohammadu Buhari to the State on Thursday.
The announcement was made at the Government House Council Chamber where he held an emergency meeting with all political appointees.
According to the governor, the president’s visit is to sympathize with the state over the recent bandits’ attacks in Anka and Bukkuyum Local Government Areas of the state.

“All is set to ensure the president is received successfully.
“I want to inform all the good people of Zamfara State that the Commander in Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria will come to Zamfara on Thursday specifically for a condolence visit over the recent bandits’ attacks in Anka and Bukkuyum Local Government Areas of the state,” he said.
