More than two months after the death of Nigerian rapper, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, police authorities are yet to release his autopsy result.

Daily Report Nigeria reports that Mohbad died on September 12, 2023 under mysterious circumstances.

His death raised concern among fans and Nigerians alike with many calling for proper investigation by police to unravel the true cause of his demise.

The outcry led to the exhumation of his corpse on by the police over a week after his burial, which was hurriedly done barely 24 hours following his death.

Though, the Lagos Police Command promptly announced the conclusion of the autopsy days after the exhumation, Mohbad’s autopsy result is yet to be released.

The delay has led to calls for the police to release Mohbad’s body for proper burial.

Singer Bella Shmurda, who is the deceased singer’ close friend has added his voice to the calls.

Taking to his X (formerly known as Twitter) account on Saturday, Bella Shmurda lamented the long delay in releasing Mohbad’s autopsy result.

Bella Shmurda subsequently called for the release of Mohbad’s body for burial as well as the release of his autopsy result.

He wrote;
‘’It’s been over 2month moh died nd his body was taken in for autopsy but yet no result which is fine but pls release his body that boy need a befitting burial nd to go to rest finally naija police what’s going  on,we need an answer here where is the result? Where is his body?”

The singer’s position was also amplified by Nollywood actress and politician, Tonto Dike, who has been a the forefront of giving Mohbad a befitting brutal.
