The Peoples Democratic Party presidential campaign, Atiku Abubakar, has arrived in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital for the presidential official campaign.

The PDP standard flag bearer visited Uyo on Sunday ahead of the official commencement of his presidential campaign on Monday, October 10.

Atiku was welcomed by the chairman of the presidential campaign council, Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom.

Others present for the commencement of the campaign were, Ifeanyi Okowa, his running mate, Aminu Tambuwal the campaign Director-General, Governor
of Sokoto State, and many other party chieftains.
