Youth Development is Sacrosanct – Enekorogha
Aspirants jostling for the governorship slot in Delta state have been advised to prioritize youth development as part of their agenda if they must have a shot at attaining the top job in the state.
This was stated on Saturday by Comrade Collins Enekorogha, Secretary of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Delta state chapter.
Taking to his Facebook account on Saturday morning, Enekorogha maintained that any aspirant who does not have the welfare and development of youths in the state at heart has failed even before commencement of the race.
Using the #YouthAlive hast tag, the youth leader wrote;
“Hear me and hear me clearly, if you are jostling for the number one job in DELTA STATE and you don’t have Delta Youths at heart, even heaven will reject you. Youth development is sacrosanct.”
The race to who becomes the next governor of the state after Senator Ifeanyi Okowa as become stiffer and tough in recent times with aspirants from all senatorial districts eyeing the seat of power of the Bug Heart.
