A former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Kingsley Moghalu has declared his support for the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

The former presidential aspirant of the African Democratic Congress stated this on Friday after he received Obi at his Abuja residence.

In a post on his official Twitter handle, acknowledging the LP candidate as a Third Force in the forthcoming presidential election, Moghalu pledged to support the candidacy of Peter Obi.

He wrote, “As someone who has been a leading voice for our youth and a Third Force approach to Nigeria’s democracy, I believe PO’s candidacy is a welcome development.”

DAILY REPORT NG earlier reported that Obi visited Moghalu at his Abuja residence.
