Four supporters of Bayelsa Queens Football Club have died in a fatal accident.

Daily Report Nigeria reports that the supporters were on their way to Asaba, the Delta State capital ahead of the Super Six play-off final between Delta Queens and Bayelsa Queens.

The deceased were said to have died after their vehicle was involved in an accident along the Kwale-Asaba road on Sunday.

The victims were identified as Philemon Ogidi, Kurotimi Igali, Eze Igali and Clement Diripigi.

The match was played at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba with Delta Queens triumphing 2-1 in normal time.

Highlife Queen, Ikesima Brown, 5 Others Die in Auto Crash

Meanwhile, Daily Report Nigeria earlier reported that foremost high life queen, Ikesima Brown and four other colleagues died along the Abuja-Lokoja road on Sunday evening.

The victims, who were all members of Chief Barrister Smooth’s musical band were billed to perform at a ceremony on Tuesday in the Federal Capital Territory.

Other victims of the crash include Chief Joseph Ekeremieye, Tuku Tebekaimi, Appah Appah, Marian and the driver of the vehicle.
