The Ijaw National Congress, INC, has said that Justice F. F. Tabai (RT’d), the Ebenanaowei of Tuomo Kingdom, still has a lot to contribute the good of the Nigerian state.

The apex Ijaw body stated this in a congratulatory message to the retired Supreme Court Justice in commemoration of his 80th birthday.

In a statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Engr. Ezonebi Oyakemeagbegha, the NC lauded Tabai for his indelible contributions to the Ijaw nation, Delta State and the entire country.

The statement reads;

“The Ijaw National Congress, INC, wishes to felicitate with you, HRM Justice Francis Fedode Tabai (rtd), Pere Esuku 1, the Ebenanaowei of Tuomo Kingdom, on the auspicious occasion of your 80th birth anniversary.

“To us, it is a thing of joy that you are celebrating your 80th birthday in good health after serving your
fatherland in various capacities in the nation’s judiciary without blemish, which saw you rise to the pinnacle of your career as a Justice of Nigeria’s apex court.

“Your successful ascension to the ancestral throne of Ebenanaowei of Tuomo Kingdom in Burutu local government area of Delta state, is a call to greater service, not only to your Kingdom but also the entire Ijaw nation.

“You still have a lot to offer to your Kingdom, the state and the nation, especially in the area of peace building, just as you remain a major stakeholder in the affairs of the Niger Delta region.

“Our prayer is that God grants you robust health, wisdom and more years of service to the Ijaw nation, Delta state and Nigeria at large. Congratulations Your Majesty,” the statement added.
