BREAKING: Tribunal Postpones Judgment on Atiku’s Petition Against Tinubu | Daily Report Nigeria

The presidential election tribunal has postponed its judgment on the petition filed by Atitu Abubakar against President Bola Tinubu.

Atiku’s petition challenges the declaration of Tinubu as winner of the February 25, 2023 presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

In a sitting in Abuja on Tuesday, the tribunal reserved judgment on the petition filed by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party candidate.

Atiku is challenging the declaration of President Bola Tinubu as the winner of the election.

Respondents in the Atiku’s suit include the Independent INEC, Bola Tinubu, and the All Progressives Party (APC).

At the end of adopting final written addresses, the tribunal reserved judgment to a date to be communicated to the parties in the case.
